Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of STAYOS (stayoshotel.com). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1.The Service
STAYOS provides a digital guest-experience platform for hotels — including QR-based guest apps, digital check-in, messaging, and hotel dashboard management.
2.Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Full access to the platform is granted throughout the trial period.
3.Subscription Plans
- Monthly: €119/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
- Season: €700 one-time payment, valid for 8 months.
- Setup fee: €149 one-time, charged on the first payment.
4.Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial months. The Season plan is non-refundable after setup.
5.Acceptable Use
Hotels may not use STAYOS to collect guest data beyond what is necessary, share account access credentials, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6.Data Processing
By using STAYOS, hotels agree to act as the data controller for their guests’ personal data, while STAYOS acts as the data processor. Hotels are responsible for obtaining any guest consents required by law.
7.Limitation of Liability
STAYOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
8.Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
